Project Description
New construction of 7,000 sf emergency operations center. The building consists of a concrete reinforced structural masonry wall system, wood framing, standing seam metal roof. The exterior walls are comprised of CMU block walls with a split face exterior finish. This building was built to withstand a 175 mph wind speed and is equipped with a stand-by generator. The function of the building is to serve as an emergency operations center for Washington County. The building is comprised of a large open operations room, several office / conference rooms, bunk rooms, and restrooms.
