This was a Design Build project which consisted of converting an existing auto repair shop into a full function bank branch. The project included all new walls, floors, ceilings, HVAC, electrical, and reconfiguration of the plumbing system. CC&D also coordinated the installation of the bank equipment and communications systems.

Existing Building : One of the challenges this project presented was dealing with the unforeseen conditions of an existing structure.

Schedule : Due to competitive forces, the Owner was in a time crunch to get this branch location up and operating. CC&D worked late hours and weekends in order to shorten the construction time, and we completed this project in less than two months.

Bank Equipment : With previous bank experience and previous experience with this client, the CC&D team understood the special needs and challenges associated with installation of the bank equipment and systems. We worked closely with the Owner and vendors to coordinate the installation of equipment, security, and communications systems.

Previous Client : Prior to launching CC&D, Brian Cathey was responsible for constructing Bayside Bank’s 15,000 square foot main office building in Port St. Joe, Florida. We were honored Bayside chose CC&D for their construction needs.
