This project consists of the demolition of an existing structure and slab, and the construction of a new 19,500 sf pre-engineered metal building including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

Expedited Work Schedule : CC&D brought to the the table a project team and was able to design, engineer, fabricate, and erect this 19,500 sf building in just over 60 days! The entire project will be completed in just over a 90 day time period from start to finish.

Existing Operations : This building is located in the center of a very busy manufacturing plant. Through careful coordination and teamwork, CC&D has been able to orchestrate construction activities that did not impact the ongoing plant operation or traffic despite the close quarters.

Connection to Existing Building : The scope of the project included connecting the new building to an adjacent existing building that houses in-use production operations. The CC&D team has been able to modify and connect to the existing building and reroute plumbing and electrical infrastructure without impacting plant production.

Limited Work Area : Due to the cramped quarters of this facility, CC&D constructed this building almost entirely from within the building footprint. This building was basically assembled from the inside out.
