Description of Work:
This project consists of constructing a new 9,000 square foot community center / storm shelter. The building is comprised of a pre-engineered metal building structure with CMU block walls and brick exterior. When complete, this building will be the only American Red Cross certified storm shelter in Gulf and eastern Bay counties.
