Stevedore Maintenance Facility
Design/Build of a new 10,750 sf building comprised of reinforced CMU blocking, steel joists and girders, metal decking and metal roof system. This building serves as a shop area for three different clients of the Owner. Each area has its own shop, restroom and office. The project consists of conventional plumbing systems complete with electric water heaters, floor drains, and ADA compliant fixtures. The electrical system includes a telephone/data package as well as electric motors for opening the coil doors.
Container Freight Station
This building consists of a pre-engineered metal building frame, metal wall panels, and a metal roof system. The foundation is a conventional monolithic slab with a down sloping asphalt docking area in the front of the building. The exterior walls were constructed by erecting the steel frame and attaching the metal panels to it. All aspects of steel erection were completed in accordance with AISC standards for steel construction. All connections were inspected and tested in accordance with ASIC by our Superintendent who are well trained in all aspects of steel construction. The electrical system included roll-up door motors
Port Maintenance Building
Design/Build of a new 6,000 sf pre-engineered metal building system, including plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems. New underground utilities were installed and the stormwater and sewer underground systems were reconfigured to accommodate the new building. All aspects of the steel erection were completed in accordance with AISC standards. The interior build-out portion of the project consisted of creating offices and restroom areas for the port maintenance supervisors.
